Arina Beach was clean and comfortable, with great facilities for kids. The food was incredible, great options each night and cooked the food cooked fresh. Good evening entertainment for both kids and adults. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return

What was the highlight of Arina Beach Resort

Pleasant stay

The main building was great, new and clean, modern. We had booked 4 rooms, inclusive one in the annex building which we thought would be in the next building but it was isolated and across the street, so not that great given you had to walk up and down for changing cloths under the sun. It was a main road as well that one had to cross so not great as many cars drive by day time. We asked the hotel if you could change the room and stay with the rest of the family but we’re told the hotel was fully booked. So apart from this everything else was great, very nice food, very clean facilities, modern and impressive design, felt very safe even walking at night around the hotel complex. The entertainment was good, too. There were nice coffee and bar areas near the beach which we found later during our stay and the coffee was much better than in the main restaurant. Asian restaurant was great, we tried twice and were pleased.

There should be more information on the building marked as annex so that guests have appropriate expectations. The beach was not that impressive. The hotel could improve the beach area by investing some money and cleaning the bottom of the sea near the beach, it was very dirty and unpleasant to go in. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool outside. The sea most of the time was choppy making it hard to swim. Next to the hotel there was a better beach, not belonging to the hotel but we spent some time in there.

Wonderful

Brilliant facilities, ample food choice during breakfast, lunch and dinner especially for kids. Water rides were keeping us and our son occupied most of the day. Our son also enjoyed kids clubs (special thanks to Michelle and Lara) as it was full of activities including water rides in the evening session.

The location, the food and the staff are exceptional. The hotel is modern and the Spa is offering very good services with excellent products.

The room was spacious and clean, and all the appliances and furniture were nice and relatively new. The food was great, with a rotating menu and lots of different choices. Overall, excellent facilities with the possibility of several swimming pools, friendly and pleasant animators with lots of engaging activities for children and adults every day.

Top holiday resort!

Top holiday family resort! New and clean with all facilities you need! Our son enjoyed the water park to his most! Food is excellent with lots of choices everyday.

Maybe gym can open till late in the night. Facial tissues in the room would be great. But all in all: 10/10, we will come back next time:)

Nothing to complain about especially the staff upon arrival who is very welcoming. The resort is very well kept, very large and nice rooms, a large selection and good food from the buffet. The facilities exceeded our expectations especially the pool area and even you can have excess to the nice beach Infront of the hotel. Surely will have to visit again!!

Perfect place for family and relaxing holidays

Amazing hotel with everything you need in it. We enjoyed every day that we spent here. All the staff was very friendly, our room was cleaned every day and all the housekeepers were so nice. Especially want to admit animators, they are doing their work with such a joy and energy, big respect to them. Our 4 years old daughter was staying at kids club with pleasure thanks to Paula and Lara, big thanks to them. In the main restaurant waiters always took care for you to have a served and clean table very fast. Food was nice, there was a great variety of everything. Evening programs were nice too and just enough for family holidays. We definitely recommend this beautiful and cozy hotel to everyone

There was a minus with beach towels, you can take it just from 10 am, which is quite late, some guests took more than one for person so there was no towels for other guests, I think you should regulate it somehow, maybe use some special cards so guests won’t forget to return it back. Also you should put more than one basket for used towels and that should stay there longer than 2pm as guests after the beach didn’t have a place to leave them, which was not very comfortable

Absolutely fabulous

The hotel is super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great holiday with the kids. The water park is suitable for all ages even adults. The food was superb in all the restaurants and bars of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In a personal note for me being a single mom with two children it can be very hard to go on this holidays and this was the first time I was really happy because the Arina had everything we needed.

What was the highlight of Arina Beach Resort

Perfect location, good facilities, but room for improvement

Size of our room (beachfront bungalow, no pool) was perfect for us (2 adults, 1 toddler). There was always space/chairs available at the beach or pool. The private beach is handy, and there is plenty of space. The waves were quite strong, and there is a long sandbar just a few meters from the beach so there are waves for a long distance. The water is clear blue and warm. The food variety was good. Plenty of fun for kids (entertainment and water park). Some of the staff were helpful, especially the bellboys who drive you and your bags to your room on a golfcart. The location is ideal, only 10 minute's drive from the airport, and the property is long and thin along the beach, meaning you're never far from the water. It is located right under the airport landing pathway, which was fun for us to watch planes all day and it was not too noisy, but may not be your thing.

Our room is "beachfront" but the beach is below a high wall, so to get to the beach you need to walk some distance in either direction – it wasn't as simple as using the beach chairs on the lawn of the room, we needed to use chairs further away in the sand. There were ants in the room on arrival but this wasn't an issue throughout the stay. The sliding door in our room was incredibly hard to open, and required all of our strength. Pillows lacked variety between soft/hard, and the ones in our room were almost like balloons where it was hard to flatten them. The beds themselves were a bit stiff. On arrival the "Single room" we had booked for my mother was placed in the "annex" (a separate building across a street from the main property) despite it not being labelled as "annex" or "adults only" when booking (as other rooms are). Their website states that single rooms are located "throughout the property". To move my mother out of the annex, we had to pay an extra 50eur per night. This was frustrating, but worth it. The annex is near a busy highway that is very loud with traffic, even at night. The staff service in the restaurant was hit or miss. Sometimes they cleared our used plates quickly, other times our plates would pile up at our table and we had to clear them ourselves to return to the buffet. They also appeared so busy and focused on cleaning/setting up tables that they would often be rushing around and might cut you off while you're walking around with a plate full of food. The placemats (and menus at the a la carte restaurant, strangely) were often wet as if they had just been hastily cleaned. There are naturally cicadas making noise, but there is an ill-advised tree placed in the middle of the restaurant patio, making the noise extra loud during meal times. The all-inclusive cocktails are very obviously watered down, it would take 3 or 4 if you want to 'feel anything'.
